  • Finding the Right Agent

    Work with someone who understands your home goals to help guide you through the process with expert advice. Working with me, I can help you find suitable homes and negotiate on your behalf. We will work together to find the right place for you.

  • House Hunting

    Tour homes online and/or in person to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle. Find the right fit in terms of location, features, conditions, school zones, and price.

  • Offer & Negotiation

    Once you find your right home, together, we will work on making a competitive offer. The seller may accept, reject, or counter. Negotiations on price, contingencies, and closing timelines may be made.

  • Under Contract

    During this period, we’ll schedule a home inspection, appraisal, and finalize mortgage approval. If any issues arise, you may renegotiate or request repairs.

  • Closing Day

    You will sign all the necessary documents, pay clsoing costs and officially become the new home owner. After the transaction is recorded, you will get the keys to your new home! Home at Last!!
