The Selling Process

  • Deciding To Sell

    It all starts with a decision.
    Selling a home is a significant step, often driven by a variety of personal or financial reasons. Whatever your motivation may be, I’m here to provide the guidance, support, and expertise you need throughout the entire process.

  • Preparing Your Home

    The objective of this step is to maximize appeal and value. This includes decluttering, deep cleaning, staging, and more. Presenting your home to others is very important to the selling process.

  • Setting the Right Price

    Next, a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is needed to determine a competitive listing price based on current market trends, local sales data, and your home’s condition and features.

  • Market the Property

    I will work on marketing your property to reach qualified buyers. This typically includes, photography of the home, online listings (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.), social media, open houses, and many more.

  • Showings & Offers

    Buyers will tour your home through open houses or private showings. Once an offer (or multiple) are received, we will work together to review price, contingencies and a closing date.

  • Under Contract & Closing

    Once under contract, there will be inspections, appraisals, and final loan approvals. There may be opportunities for further negotiation or additional repair requests. I will work with you to help guide you through this step.

    On closing day, you will sign the necessary legal documents, hand over keys, and officially transfer ownership to the buyer. Once the funds are disbursed, the sale is complete! The house is sold!!
